Default warning lights flicker at WOT

Just recently I have noticed an issue with my car, took me a while to duplicate it and find out what exactly triggered it. My 1990 LS400 with 262k on the clock, new Lexus tbelt and water pump, battery, wires, plugs, caps & rotors, thermostat, coolant flush all within the last 6 months. Now when I go full throttle, like to pass, the brake, add coolant, add oil, and battery lights all flicker, but stop as soon as I start driving normal. Coolant is good and normal level, as with oil. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Not sure which one to post this in b/c one of them is gonna get deleted. It doesn't really matter b/c I don't have a definite answer. This happened to my 93 once (only once) when I traveling at about 30 MPH. (construction on highway) When I got through the construction I slammed the throttle and it down shifted and felt like it went down to 1st gear, RPMs jumped and it took off like a rocket. I saw, out the bottom my eye, that the whole dash was lit up like a Xmas tree. (More lights then usual) When it shifted everything went back to normal, as normal as it was. If you figure it out let me know but right now I'm not really worried about it b/c it hasn't happened after that one time. That was 6 months ago. Maybe something with the RPMs or the kickdown cable.

How about wire chafing in the left trunk support arm. I have read that the bulk of electrical glitches in the first gen originate there.

As above or maybe the alternator has a problem running at that speed and could be on its way out.
