I like to gamble, but I will not gamble on a timing belt with 131,000.

You should change the crankshaft seal while ya got everything off, ya don't want to tear it apart if it starts to leak afterwards. The camshaft seals are a BIG pain to change (have to remove camshaft) so if they're not leaking I would leave them alone. The fuel filter is supposed to last and last and last. That's why they put it up where it is so you can't get to it. Some people change them but most don't.

Ok gonna get the crank seal also, is the throttle body gasket reusable or should I get one? on my LX450 it was reusable, it was made of spring steel, I want to pull the throttle body off and clean it out.

On my '97 LS400, I believe it was a paper gasket for the throttle body (non re-useable).

You're half correct about the VVTi, when it was introduced. But from 95 and up are interference.
The throttle body gasket on my 93 was paper but I think and suggest that the gasket should be changed no matter what it is.
