i'd try to get one from a junkyard, these aren't wear parts and the dealer probably wants too much for one. depends really. the ones on my '96 LS4 with 266666 miles looked brand new when i pulled em to do the motor mounts recently.

yeah in cali, if his rusted up so bad i'd imagine the ones in all the yards close to him wont be in much better condition
