Default dying seats

I have black leather seats in my car, I saw some tan seats in excellent condition. I wanted to know if I could dye the seats black and they look original?

If what you are calling "tan" is really "ivory", I'm wondering if ivory seats would look good in your car without dying them. My 00 LS400 came standard with ivory seats and black carpet mats and the black/ivory combination is very nice.

Here is a photo that shows a little of the ivory seats and the black/charcoal mats that came with my car. If those "tan" seats you are considering are really "ivory" you could even get OEM ivory carpet mats to make the ivory seats look more like they belong in your car.

Get the tan seats and don't dye them. Black exterior and tan interior is fantastic.
