Newbie- Just want to say hi!
Hey all! I'm new here, so I wanted to introduce myself.
I just purchased a '94 LS yesterday. Was looking for a cheap car, and all I was finding was crap. After a lot of research I discovered there was quite a love for these older Lexus'.
After looking for many weeks I came across a pearl white '94 with only 89,000 miles for $2600. Owned by a little old guy. The car seems to be great, and is one of the nicest driving cars I've ever driven. Not as "tight" as a Mercedes or BMW, but very comfortable and relaxing to drive.
It does have a few problems which is how I stumbled upon this place:
*Antenna motor runs, but antenna does not move
*Drivers exterior door handle cracked
*Socket for tail light "side marker" bulb is toast
*A couple of the window motors seem a little sluggish
*Front door speaker grill hanging loose
That's all the problems I can think of. I'm hoping I'll be able to find some tips from you guys. I'm sure you'll be hearing from me. :-)

Welcome to CL. Congrats on the purchase of an LS. We're all hear to help but make sure you use the search feature at the top of the page before asking a question. You'll get more info then you can imagine by using the search. Most of what you mentioned has been covered, more then once. Check out the first thread, it has all the common problems and fixes. These tutorials will help you out alot with some repairs that you'll probably have to do; http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/
