Default Same problem

I have a 1992 ls400 and I have the same problem I have to push the brake all the way in and even if I press it all the way in it doesn't want to make a complete stop what should I do ???

Check all the friction elements both front and rear, look for leaks, add fluid and bleed the system.

Cant say ive heard of air in the system causing firm brake pedal. If its hard and as you say and in effective at stoping, it has to be a booster issue.

I was responding to Ls400vog's question he said pedal goes all the way and won't make a complete stop.
Said nothing about a firm pedal.
