Gotta be more specific.
What is the problem? what does the car do? could be anything from a blown shock to worn bushings/balljoints/bent arms etc...

Is it an air suspension?

Agree, more info is needed. Most important question is; Front or back? There's a big difference on what parts, what pieces, and how much labor. Without any info it could be anywhere from $40 - $4000. Big difference from a Honda to a Lexus in labor and parts price.

Yeah, there's no way of knowing what the problem is with that little/no info. You're gonna have to just take a look at it or drive it and see what it does, like if it bangs, clunks, shakes shimmy, or whatever. Then someone might be able to tell ya something close to what ya need to know.

I suggest asking around for a good mechanic and having him do a prepurchase inspection. Or see if the Lexus dealer will do one for you at a reasonable rate.
