Did you line up the timing gears with the marks on the belt?
Did you also test it by rotating the crank two full revolutions to make sure the cam shaft marks lined up again? Also, triple check your plug wires, and then check them again.

Sounds like the timing is off, even if it's one tooth it makes all the difference in the world. It's easy to get it one tooth off on the passenger side cam. Check your timing marks to see if they line up. Put the crankshaft pulley mark to 0, remove the upper timing covers and see if the timing marks on the cam pulleys line up to the marks on the plate on the engine. The marks on the belt don't mean anything anymore at this point. (Look at # 28 in the link I posted to see the marks) If they don't line up, spin the crank pulley 1 turn back to 0. If they still don't line up then your timing is off. If it's OK then just recheck everything you did, plug wires on the correct plugs, all the electrical connecters. You drove it before you did the timing belt so if it ran good then, then it's something you just did with this job. Triple check everything. Did you put the rotors back on correctly?
