I like the looks of a 98 over a 94 but, the 94 has a non-interference motor so if the T-belt snaps your just stranded on the side of the road, if the T-belt snaps in the 98 your looking at a new engine. But with 230K on the 94 I don't think it should be more then $3500.

I'd go with the one with the best maintenance history. When well maintained, these will easily go 300k+ miles.
