I really dont see anything wrong with putting 22's on this car if he wants to put 20" wheels with monster truck tires is his money. He asked would they fit.

Depending on the wheel, the combo will probably be in excess of 65#'s. That is a pretty heavy "upgrade" from the ~50#'s stockies. Engine will probably feel like it lost 1-2 cylinders and the braking will be worse.

Just don't tailgate anybody if rolling on these 22's.

Im afraid I cant support RAISING the car under any circumstances, you should always be going LOWER.

I'm going to second you on the crying...

I threw some 20s on my lexus to model them for some sale shots for a day...

It felt awful, I felt as if I could straddle highway dividers.

Gigantic wheels just aren't for these wonderful UCF10s, even UCF20s, that's what G-bodies are for..

Oh, and in case this trend continues, http://www.skyjacker.com/, its the only next logical step.

There is this thread in the DUB section:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/dub...4-on-a-gs.html

There are enough comments to get a feel on similar big chrome wheels on Lexus cars. Your car and tastes though.
