A new Radio issue
Well this is a new issue with the radio in my 90 LS400 I replaced the battery and the radio didn't work after so I called my local Lexus Dealer and obtained the correct code and it didn't work I then held the 1, 6, and power button and ANT displayed turned the power on and it works but here is the kicker anytime you turn the key off and go to turn the car back on i have to redo the 1, 6, and power button thing again. Does anyone have any ideas on what is goin on any help would be appreciated.

There could be a back up battery in the radio that keeps the memory alive for a while when the main battery is disconnected. If this has failed the code will be lost each time the main battery power is removed via the ignition key being removed.
Some systems have both a switched supply and a constant supply,if the constant 12 volts is missing this could also cause the problem.
