was working great til last Thursday. I drove to San Diego about 90 miles and worked all the way down. I parked for a few hours then started home and air was blowing hot air.

While the car is running (with climate control set to cold temp and A/C selected), short the compressor relay and see if the compressor clutch engages the pulley (you can see it start spinning). If so, then maybe your refrigerant level is low. Has the system been converted to r134a or does it still have the original r12?

you might just have a leak if it was working before you might just need to add refrigerant that all also buy a leak sealer and add it. when you buy the refrigerant at any auto parts or ato zone it comes with a gauge to check the level, important use the same refrigerant you have on the car if you change it to r134a or if you still have r12.
