Default upgraded from an '07 cts to '98 LS! now wheel opinions pls.

Hey fellas, picking up my '98 LS next week, and I want to order some wheels and tires. I'll keep the stock 16's for winter because the Lexus dealer I bought the car from put on 4 new Michelin X-ice's on them.

I drive about 1000kms per week sometimes more, all highway, but rough hwy. I like style with drivability, so I was thinking 18' but I was going to go 245/50/18. These are 1'' taller than stock, but I am not lowering the car at all. The car is loaded but no NAV or air. My normal drive is a 2011 f350 dually, so even though my diesel is really good on fuel for what it is, I am hoping the 400 is better. Not to mention I have 2 little car seats that I want to keep safe which is why I went the LS route instead of an accord or something.

Wheels, I was thinking the same wheels I put on my '07 cts which were Konig Lace. 18x8 +35 and 245 50 18. In this size I can buy Michelin Primacy mxm4 which I have read are great tires for mpg and ride, and they also have a tread ware rating of 500.

here's a link to the new ride:

I believe I got a great deal at $7500. One owner, all service records and it's in really great shape with new snow tires. The dealership seems to be awesome as well-been treated really good even though I bought a $7500 car parked in a lot full of 2011 ls's priced at $120k!

Does anyone have some interesting used wheels for sale??

Sorry for the long post guy's, and nice to meet you!

The original owner brought the car in to service the check engine light but left with a new 600h!! Must be nice. So the dealership serviced and certified and e-tested the car before putting it for sale and according to the service records it required a throttle position sensor and an 02 sensor. When I went to see the car the dealer had already fixed it all so the light was out. When it was 1 year old someone backed into the front corner and they had to replace the drivers front fender and a headlight (I carfaxed it before I went to see it).

Yeah so I'm pretty excited!!! I thing I'll go with the konig lace.
