Default need help with the pvc valve

I have a quick question about the pcv valve for a 1995 Ls400, I've already checked this link but had a question (http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/emission/pcv_valve.html).
The tutorial is for a 1990-1994, and it says to just pull out the pvc valve. The one I purchased at an auto store has threads on it. Mine can wiggle around in the gromet. Does anyone know if the 95's is threaded or is it the same as the 90-94's? Thanks for the replys.

shouldn't be threaded, sounds like you got some random universal one that isnt application specific.

and replace the grommet while your at it they are only like 2 bucks and the old one will probably shred when you pull the valve out, have some needle nose pliers ready in case it falls in, there's a little platform so it wont fall into your valve train
