for 450 (plus tires right...because half decent tires will be about that much alone)

you're best options are:
-oem 98-00 16s
-any oem 17 from a GS/IS
-oem ls430 17s or MAYBE 18" replicas

aftermarket will be rough to find anything tasteful for that price...

You could also go for some old Supra wheels - I've seen those things practically given away.

just looking for some rims no tires. i know thats the worst budget ever but the rims i have has got to go (at lease for the spring to fall). as for tires i have a guy here in iowa where i can get any tire i want for 25-50 bucks each.

You could go for some of the G35 OEM 19's by Rays. Might be a couple hundred over your budget but with a drop + spacers you could rock em. Check craigslist constantly because they pop up from time to time.

we are a team so neither one wears the pants we discuss and compromise like a well working marriage should be like.

and she works as well but we have 3 kids we have to take care of too so my cars come second as my family comes first so thats the main reason for such a tight budget.

i have a question about the perfect fitment for my 1998 ls400, i want to know what would be the best stagger and offset for my car too look awesome and my budget has a $1500 cap for wheels and tires so lay it on me guys. pm me about it if its possible.

with the rims being
18-9 +40 in the front
18-10 +41 in the rear
will i need spacers to get them to fit. ive searched an could not find anything on and off the board.

The fronts will be super sunk in w/ that width and offset. The rears will also be sunk. To correct for that offset you will need some fat spacers and might need some extended studs. It would be best to get wheels with a lower offset and not have to use spacers to correct.
