Loved my '90' so much got a '04'
After (a lady ran a red light) and demolished my Jaguar 2 weeks ago, I decided that since I had such good luck with the old LS, I would replace the Jag with a new LS 430.
I will miss the Jag it saved my life but I fell in love with the 430.
After going throught that bad of a accident, I gave my 16 year old daughter the 1990 LS to Drive, I am selling her Saturn.
Now we have three (3). Gx 470, LS400. & LS430.

Wow that looks like a hard hit, glad you're alright. GL with the 430 and props 
to giving your daughter the 400. So much safer then a Saturn. She must be happy with such a good upgrade.

I just looked at the pic again, I didn't realize that was the accident seen. 
Are those marks on the road from your car? Did it spin a few times? Jags are tough in an accident, the hood ornament stayed intact.

Wow... that Jag took a huge hit. Look at the engineering of crumple zone technology. This is used in nearly all cars built but of course some cars are much safer than others. Still, that kind of impact in something from the 60s or 70s would most likely put you in the hospital for an extended stay if you were lucky not to be killed.
The 04-06 LS430s are very high on my list. I like my 99 but Lexus raised the bar with the interior for the 430 and the styling changes AND 6 speed transmission make the 04-06 the way to go. I talked a buddy into test driving one and he bought a black/black sport model that is the best looking one I have seen. I also like that the engine has some modding potential with headers and maybe some tuning. These cars are nearly as fast as the 100hp more LS460 and are easily mistaken for a Benz.
