Default Low idle, low idle stalling, and shudder when lifting off throttle

My 95 ls 400 with 150k miles has developed a problem i cant seem to figure out.

When at idle, and fully warmed up, the idle sits really low after braking. After 20-30 seconds it climbs back up to 850 rpm. When i say low, i mean almost stalling.

Other times ill come to a stop and the car will just stall, usually before coming to a complete stop.

One other thing i noticed is that when im drivibg normally and lift off the throttle to regulate speed in traffic, the car will shudder fairly hard. To me it seems like the transmission or driveshaft, or rear end. Kinda feels like the trans doesnt know weather to up or downshift, or possibly a horribly worn trans mount to me.

Anyone have any ideas?

Car is very well taken care of as far as routine maintenance goes.

Sounds like the throttle body needs cleaning, my 95 did this as well until I cleaned it all out and unblocked the little vacumn ports on it, runs as sweet as a nut now
