Zero-point calibration

Zero-point calibration
As i was reading repair manual, i came across the sentence that says to do "zero-point calibration" after doing suspension, alignment or chassis work. Now, i still have my trac light on when i get to a complete stop, i will also feel the ABS kick in.
My problem is Why is the trac light blink while the car is not sliding?
I have seen some old post here with this problem but know solution. Will solution be zero-point calibration? and is there are way to do it without toyota scan tool? If any member know, how much will it cost to take it to the dealer to do it?
