Fill through the dipstick tube. Remove the dipstick. Use a funnel, perhaps with some clear tubing in between - the key is to make sure it is a tight fit, since you'll slowly pour the T-4 into the funnel, and it will take some time to flow through the narrow tube.

As long as the ATF level was good before you drain/drained it, a good starting guess for how much to fill is to look at how much came out and put in a little less than that (easier to add a little more than to take a little out).

There are warm and cold marks on the dipstick. Most accurate would be to drive it until warm then check it. But be sure you're not too low during this first drive. If you are, it will probably not drive right and you'll feel it.

Also, you said "flush" - do you really mean a drain + fill? The drain+fill is a far safer thing to do. There is a lot of folklore about problems caused by doing flushes. But there is even folklore that says you should never change your ATF.

I changed the AT "filter" in my '91 not long after I got it, when I was on a mission to make it like new. Turns out it is more of a "strainer" (coarse metal mesh) than a filter. Doesn't hurt to do it, but may not be necessary. Good to inspect and clean the flat magnets on the bottom of the drain pan. You'll want FIPG (form in place gasket) to put the pan back, and a low-torque torque wrench to tighten the ~20 pan screws. If there is anything wrong with the drain plug, that will be a good time to inspect + repair.

Good luck.
