can alternator failure cause interior electrical not to work?
I removed my Idle up valve and plugged it. I tried my best to keep any atf fluid from the power steering to get into the alternator while doing this. When I started up the car the dome light works but no other interior electrical system works. the car starts and runs fine and the head lights work but the tail lights do not. The alternator is not charging the battery. Can a failed alternator cause all this? Fuses are ok
