my dash lights

on my 1993 lexus Ls 400 i have two lights on the gauges that stay on one is a orange circle with doted lines around it and the other one is green that says hight hi and that one keeps blinking

Orange circle with dots around it should be your brake pads indicator, saying you're pads are low. You have the height adjustable light but i don't know why it is blinking like that.

When my height light was blinking, that meant the switch was turned off in the trunk. There's a switch where the toolbox is for turning on/off the air suspension.
