Default Where to get wheels on a budget

So, I've never owned a car with some nice wheels, and I wanna get some for my ls.

Is this a good website to get wheels:

http://www.wheelwarehouse.com/s-865-...1990&pagenum=1

The ones I wanna get are any of these:

http://www.wheelwarehouse.com/p-3625...ll-chrome.aspx

http://www.wheelwarehouse.com/p-2781...-face-lip.aspx

http://www.wheelwarehouse.com/p-966-...ex-chrome.aspx

^I'm not rich, and I don't plan on spending $2k-$5k for some wheels. All in all, I wanna spend around $800, at most $1,000.

But I want to know if the TSW and APEX wheels are good? Also, what would be a good size? I'm thinking 18s, but 18 x what? I ask, cause I don't want to spend a lot on tires either. At most $150 a tire.

If you guys can help me with this, it will be much appreciated. Thanks.

For that budget, consider buying used. You'll get a better quality wheel for the same money.
Check the classifieds.
