Default Ouch! Skid plate hits bump

So i went into a clients drive today in my 98 ls400 at too steep an angle and it ripped my skidplate loose. Had a shop screw it back with washers, but it has a crimp/wave in the front.

What;s the best place to buy a new one?

Th you!

Chip

Yes it sux. I put it back with washers, looks 90% OK.

Can't find it on lexuspartsnow. Is this called a skid plate? I am talking about the plastic air damn under the front cowl. What do these cost? Junk yard?

Do ii even need the thing?

Success! New screws with washer, a heat gun and some mild dremel-ing got it looking like new again

I am looking at this thread and all I see is other Toyota vehicles listed. I hit a bump and tore off or should I say drug a piece of my skid plate/ rock deflector unknowingly for 30 kms, its messed up. I need a new one...... any ideas? other than my local Lexus dealer who gouged me on my driver door handle replacement ($270.00), sure it came painted but all parts I have ordered have come from California..... Canada anyone? specifically Alberta Canada?

I'll be buying one soon, the years of objects and age have mine cracking.
Sewell with CL discount is $141 and I recollect a flat shipping rate ~$15.

$141?

Man, makes the $50 in materials and case of beer my buddy quoted me to build me a reinforced aluminum skid plate that much better of a deal! haha
