Saying goodbye to my trusty old 94 LS400. Between my wife and I, we have three other cars, and the LS has been collecting dust in the driveway for almost a year now. I could never sell it after all the work I've done to it, but I'm giving it away to my younger brother, who's in need of a car. Hopefully he'll take a good care of her!

So this car saved my brothers life last night.

Him and his friend were coming back from NJ at around 2-3am, my brother was asleep in the passenger speed and his idiot friend was driving at 100mph, hit a patch of ice, slid into the ditch and rolled the car 4-6 times. Amazingly they both sustained no injuries besides bruises. My brothers friend is already discharged from the hospital but under arrest for DWI, and my brother should be getting discharged tomorrow.

The car is a complete and total wreck, but she did an amazing job protecting the occupants.

Man, I hate hearing an LS got totaled but real happy it did it's job and saved your brother's life. Also glad to hear that his "IDIOT" freind is under arrest for DWI. Why don't people learn? If ya had too much just pull over and sleep for a while. What's the difference if ya get home 4-5 hours later and save your life, and others. I hate drunk drivers, I almost lost all 3 of my kids b/c of one. And he walked away without a scratch. Again, glad your bro is OK, he's gonna be pretty sore for a couple days, but at least he's alive.
Can't wait to see some pics, if you can get some.
