Lowering 1995 LS 400

What are the tradeoffs for lowering the LS 400? Also, what equipment would you recommend type of struts, springs). I was thinking Eibach and KYB? For those of you who have done this, are you glad you did, what are your likes and dislikes of the ride. I am not sure if I should do this or not? I would appreciate your input here.
