Default Thoughts on Exhaust Tips

I have read the threads about cutting the rear bumper to put in exhaust tips. I think that is doable for me, but what is your guys thoughts on some of these tips.
Love em or hate em let me know

Current Config
Thoughts on Exhaust Tips-ls400-5.jpg

1. Run that curve at the edge of the bumper. More in bumper just above that bottom lip.

2. More rounded

3. Chrome Ovals attached(leaning towards this one)

4. Might look nice and hidden on an Ebony Teal Pearl car. I am thinking about painting the bumper ETP to match.

I'm trying to sport it up just a little. Adding the LS430 18's in sliver and a muffler delete for just a bit of V8 sound. More sports sedan and less grandpa. Still think the combo-ovals are too sporty?

This thread is purely for exhaust tips not sound or mufflers x-pips. Others are more than welcome to add what they like.

The only problem with his is, it reminds me a Cadilac Deville. Still props b.c it looks way better than the Devill b.c it's cut into the bumper. It does have a semi-OEM look which is what I look for.

Schnitz, Would you do the same tips all over again. What are your thoughts on the others I have posted up? I don't really want to be a copycat. Yours is by far the best looking one I have seen done and is my starting point for my exhaust tip mod. Are yours more egg shaped and not quite as squashed as the others I have up/ the Deville exhaust?

I'd definitely do it again. The only other ones I would consider are the oval style straight from Japan but I ain't spending $500+ for exhaust tips.
