1991 LS 400 Tweeting Sound

Hello All,

I just had new rims put on my car today and since I turned it on and drove it home the car has been making tweeting sounds. When I turn the car on it goes "tweet" "tweet" What does this warning sound mean?

Haha does anyone know? Please help it may have nothing to do with the Rims but I couldn't find it in the car manual.
