Default 91 ls400 air suspension question

i got stock air suspension on my car and was wondering if the switch that is located in the trunk supposed to lower the car all the way down? i always hear other ls4 owners say that they swiched it off to slam it? supposedly it supposed to turn off the pump and release the air in the bags is this true ?

Not too sure about that but I know they have a height controller on lextreme for the stock bags but I don't know if you can lay frame...

^^ What he said. There is a air suspension controller from Data System you can get to drop your car and would be WAY cheaper than getting an aftermarket set of air ride. I believe its just a couple hundred bucks

doesnt work that way, doesnt release all air, just turns off the air management.

people turn them off when they replace the air for conventional suspension or coilovers.
