First, is it normal for the moonroof to "jump" up when you shut the doors? I guess it shows how tight the cabin is but seems like it is floppy.

Also, my driver's door needs a decent force to shut. I have come out to a dead battery before because the door wasen't closed all the way. It seems to be just the driver's door, is there anything I can check?

Yes, it is typical for the sunroof to jump up a little although it doesn't do it as much on the 00 LS as on the 90 LS I had.

The driver door on my 00 LS also takes more force to shut than the other three doors -- it has sagged a little and needs adjusting -- thanks for reminding me!

I am disappointed in the door hinges. I'd like to tweak my driver's door adjustment, but cannot get my 12mm wrench in to the hinge bolts on the a pillar. Is there a trick wrench that bends in the right places?
