Default 98 LS400 Steering wheel tilt not going in and out. Any idea?

Hi. Just noticed that the steering wheel on my 98 LS400 is not going in or out. It does go up and down and go back to stock position when shutting off. But right now, the steering wheel is in all the way. Not a big deal for me, but just like to have everything on my car work. I searched but couldn't find anything relate to it. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My 95 is doing the same thing, all I could find was a video on YouTube about how to take off the plastic underneath the steering wheel and add a spacer to the plastic gear inside of there. I read if on here somewhere too. I think mine is the switch though and not the gear being misaligned. Mine moves up and down but no sound or anything for in and out. I haven't had time to dig into it yet.

My 95 move in and out sometimes, but at other times it does not.
