recommended plugs for '95 LS400?

What are the recommended spark plugs for a '95 LS? Have done some searching on the forum, but haven't found specifics yet.

i run copper NGK V-Power as they produce a better spark, only downside is you have to change plugs yearly or ever 8-10k miles

I went with Denso iridium as a replacement for platinum. Copper would be cool but I would have to change too often. They are not the easiest thing to change BTW.
