92 headlight alignment

Where are the screws etc that are used to align the headlights? Looking down from the top, I find two small screws but the don't seem to affect the up/down alignment. Thanks

Silver colored screw to the right of the one circled in the pic is the adjustment screw. One on both sides.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried turning each of those 2 screws many times, keeping tract so I can reset them, with no apparent change.

the adjustment might be stripped then...common problem with the 1LS once again. couple headlights that ive dealed with has this problem.
