Default Starter Replacement Q's

I will be under taking this wonderful process and I am curious if I should re use the gaskets or purchase new ones? And if anybody knows which gaskets to get, part numbers, etc, blah blah blah, then please share

gotta know the year before part numbers can be given.

+1 on getting new gaskets - usually available at your local major auto parts store.

Give us the year and we'll try to help on the next step.

The hardest part in the process is to take out the 2 bolts that hold the starter to the block. Drink plenty of water before the job, because you'll sweat and swear a lot. LOL. Aftermarket gaskets are cheap, such as Felpro.

you need the rear coolant bypass gasket, intake manifold gaskets, and the upper plenum gaskets...oh and throttle body and IACV gaskets.
