does anyone no what this is, i haven't seen this on any Lexus nor i can't find anything on line either. It was on my 1999 Lexus LS400, now my windshield cracked and i noticed this sticker.

Google Search popped this up, but based on what I can read and understand from the label, you have some sort of residential or commerical private parking permit. It may originate from the Bel-Air area.

And for the love of God, edit the photo so it doesn't stretch the entire screen out.

Remnants of previous owner. Basically a parking permit sticker. That is the official crest for Bel Air academy. The latin, roughy translated means "Authority of Security".
