Default Will a 95-97 Differential fit on an SC/Supra?

Hey guys,

I’ve been looking for a new differential for my SC430 and I know the most popular unit is the supra auto 3.76 LSD but I am not interested in a LSD unit. I would like to get a diff with high gearing that what I currently have (3.26). I have heard that the 95-97 LS’s have a (3.62), my question is that do any of you have any experience or pictures of a 95-97 differential? I was also considering getting a SC400 diff (3.92) but I think the car would hit the rev limiter when shifting, so that’s why I’m considering the LS’s unit.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!!

here are pictures of what our (supra/SC) Diffs look like

In a nutshell don't think it will, it won't bolt up directly. LS does not share platform with any of the other toyota products, and there is little that swaps directly over. IIRC,, you could use the gearing, but you would have to gut the differentials and transfer the gearing.

carrier is completely different. you MIGHT be able to use the internals.

SC/GS diffs should bolt on.
