3rd brakelight

I would like to install the oem 3rd brakelight in a 92 LS 400. The euro version came without it. Can someone get me all part #. So that I can check if my dealer can get them?

I have a customer that has a Hella Neon 3rd brake light in his Lex, that looks even better than the stock one.
