Default Simple ?

so i cleaned the throttle body checked spark plugs and wires turned my trac light off and cleaned iacv bc car had no power and was turning off.So car runs like a brand new car except when u turn it on rpm gauge dances it will not stay still but the engine stays runing normal and when it heats up to normal temp the rpm gauge reads the rmp right. So when i press the gas the car just like wants to turn off so i think its my tbs but i got no cel and i tried playing with the tbs moving it up and down the engine doesnt respond to it the idle stays d same at like 900rpm and is that high. Could it be tbs and is auto zone tbs good or i got to get original one thanks in advance

Did you write that from a phone?!

I can't understand it well enough to help diagnose.

Ok my question or problem is when i turn my car on it runs fine and everything but as soon as i press the gas pedal the car wants to turn off and got no power. My rpm gauge is 900rpm which is a lil high so i tried moving the tbs sensor but no response in rmp its stays the same. To me it sounds like tbs and i got no cel. So any ideas please help and is autozone tbs any good or i got to get original from the dealer.

if you moved the tps and no changes took place....that sounds like a good place to start

becarefull relying on what your rpm gauge is reading. my car's rpm doesn't read correctly ..so i tuned it by ear

it is hard to say about using aftermarket parts......if you can afford it always buy toyota brand.....the auto zone part may work great

Power steering pressure switch can cause a code 31.

Now, if that's not the issue then:

verify that the brown wires have a good ground and the blue-red wire is ~5v. If there are 5v and the grounds are good, verify that the yellow-green wire is not damaged, that the harness is OK. If it all checks out good, then replace the airflow meter if the signal is not correct. With a high-end scan tool you can do some measurements beyond this, but a functional AFM might be cheaper to just buy and test out.
