Default what the hell is this

ive been trying to fix my fuel pump and i ran into a problem taking off the rear seat. so i tried looking through the trunk on hopes of finding another route. but then i came across this. can someone tell what this is?

ok. ill be more specific. im looking at the circular cap with wires connected to it and on the other pic im looking at the gadget that has two lil blue plugs in it. please help this is getting very fustrating i need my car. thanks in advance for any helpful advice that can be given.

the circular cap facing us in your picture...is the fuel sender gauge
the blue caps...look like solenoids for opening the trunk/gas door?

cool thanks. but makes things worse for me. i was hoping that the fuel pump would be in there somewhere. but no, its behind the seat that has a bolt that cant take out. thanks for the info vaughn

the fuel pump is INSIDE the tank, like MOST oem fuel pumps from toyota.
