Check the Battery- if it is bad (not holding charge), replace.
If the car starts and runs, check the Alternator next-it should be charging the battery at >12.5v if less that- replace the Alternator as well.

u said it wouldnt turn over, then u said its turning over fine, one thing i will tell u is its not ur fuel filter,if its turning over but not starting then its not ur alternator, also a perfect battery voltage is 12.66,the alternator should be charging at 13.5 or so...i would guess its a fuel problem(relay or pump, but not a filter issue) or maybe u threw a timing belt, its doesnt sound like u have a whole lot of knowledge about cars, i would get a friend to help or have it towed to a good shop

you nailed it my forte is not cars,I've been making calls all day trying to get input, so yes the car will crank but it's not turning over, the radio, lights, windows ect. are working ok, so I don't think it's the electrical, still working on it.

Hm...simular thing happend to me on my old Camry (similar concept)...
In my case it was the ECU...
Car was cranking, and everything was working but it didn't start...
Try to check ECU somehow...

day 2 car still not working, to be honest I don't have the $ for a repair shop this week, this car was running like clock work then just stopped,I did change the fuel filter (on my own surprisingly) it wasn't the solution but it needed to be changed anyways. Still working on it.
