i got a 99 LS 400. it's got the standard 290 horses and 300lbs of torque. it i was to add some performance up-grades to it whats the max amount of horse power that can be added to the car with out haveing to change out the internals of the car?
I'd imagine the rods in your engine will **** themselves around 500hp. You could get there with nitrous but it might be tricky with boost as your engine is quite high compression.
I swear I read somewhere that someone twin turbo'd one and mounted it in a boat doing about 800hp.
