Question Please help!

When I bought a 93 LS400, a week ago there was a brake pad warning light. And transmission was causing slight vibration when up shifting.
1. I took it for an inspection ant pads were confirmed good.
2. Emissions were confirmed good.
3. I changed transmission fluid and filter
4. I changed oil and filter.
5. I filled up gas and the gas tank cup was later confirmed to be tightly closed.

After the service, approx 70Mi/12 hours in addition to the brake pad ware warning , two other light came up: traction control off and check engine. Traction control disengagement is confirmed ( car peels on start). Other then that the car drives fine and I could not tell the difference.

Does anyone know why the Christmas tree grew up on my dash that suddenly?

You might have messed up sensor on one of the breaks. I replaced mine and it works fine. If you just had the service, take it back to dealer and tell the head manager they messed up your car.
