1999 Lexus LS 400 fuel pump
I have a 99 LS400. i am currious as to were the fuel pump would be located. the car has 134000 miles on it. would changing out the fuel pump be a good idea? and were is it lcated?
has any one heard any thing bad about the 99 LS 400 model?

the fuel pump is in the fuel tank which is betweent he trunk and back seat. pull the trunk liner out and you'll see the tank. the pump is bolted into the tank; it has fue llines comign out of a circular plate and a couple electrical plugs.

well the car had 133,000 miles on it when i bought it. figure with that many miles on it would be a good to change it out with a new fuel filter
