I'll give you some help. Tanabe DF210 springs drop it the most and keep the cushy ride but they're more likely to blow your stock shocks quicker.
Before Mr. Drifter gets in here, you need to do a search. There's been hundreds of threads just like this.

a mild drop won't wear out your tires any more than stock IF you get an alignment done immediately after the springs are installed.

Is there any general rule to the amount a car is lowered and how much faster the tires will wear??

Like..
1" = X faster
2" = XX faster

nope, it depends on the car.

cars like the e-class mentioned don't have camber correction most of the time, at least not without an aftermarket camber kit.

anyways, you'd get more than 4months out if you remember to GET THE CAR ALIGNED AFTER DOING SUSPENSION WORK!

example-
i run -3 degrees of rear camber, a set of rear tires WITHOUT swapping them side to side lasts me ~15k miles.

the front lasts me about the same but that's with the toe being a little off because my alignment guy mucked up a little bit. should get more next time, running ~ -1.8-2degrees in the front.

Mine is lowered about 2" (H&R with Bilstein HD's at lowest perch) and I got 30,000 miles out of my rear 285's (NT 555)

The front however I am not so lucky. The alignment shop can kill us - I have 15,000 miles on my Toyo Proxes and they are chopping on the inside. One trip to the shop when the toe was set too far out and it's over.

Biggest thing to avoid is any alignment shop that uses OEM specs. Find a good shop that will use computer to set alignment to actual numbers versus OEM numbers - hope that makes sense.

Nothing is worse than toe being too far out - will eat tires fast versus camber.

yeah, toe EATS tires. easy way to tell if you have camber wear or toe out wear (both are on the inside of the tire) is that camber wear will generally leave a smooth wear pattern whereas toe wear will have a sawtooth pattern similar to the "chopping" that Steveski is experiencing.
