HELP! Low QuackNoise from engine bay when car is off

My 96 ls400 makes a quacking noise every 7-14 seconds when the car is off, the noise sound like it is coming from under the battery, it does not stop. cant hear it when car is running, thanks ty

yea i get that same kinda sound too, rite after i turn the car off...i can barely hear it tho...n it stops after a minute or 2

I have it too '96 LS400... a quack hum horn sound every 10+ secs.
