Default transmission mount

OK, I've searched...but can someone tell me how to change the transmission mount on my 2000 LS? I've read it's easy; is it one of those common sense things I'll figure out when I get it on a rack? The dealer wants $160 to replace it, which for a Lexus dealer sounds reasonable.
