so for the past couple of days my car has been leaking what i thought was oil, as it turns out it was transmission fluid and when i looked under the car it was leaking through the inspection plate i believe its called, i took it to the shop yesterday and apparently its a lot worse then i thought, apparently the transmission converter is bad( and isnt this car the #2 transmission built)
im just wondering if anyone has had this problem before and if they have any input on it like prices. Also a friend of mine or me spilled something in the center console were you shift the car into the gears/ and the mechanic said any liquid spilled in there will get into the electronics and stick to them underneath, and i hate the ls 400 cup holders, because they always spill my drink. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Don't have buddies with butter-fingers that spill drinks.



And a drink spilled will not ruin your tranny.
