Sold my 92LS... yes, I have a story.
Hey guys.. I finally have to sell my LS400.
My 18 year old brother was diagnosed with stage 4 (the worst it can get) lymphoma (its in his heart, lungs, throat, and in other areas within his chest). My 20 year old sister has really really bad Crohns disease, and she started a very mild chemo this past week. My brother has been on chemo (very harsh) for a few weeks now. Its pretty hard...I am 23, and as their sole care-taker, I am selling all my "toys", my lexus, my motorcycles, truck, , jetskis, etc... to help pay for everything. Insurance is helping, but it is still going to cost A LOT. (in the 100s of thousands for the both of them over the next few years -- meds, checkups, treatments, etc...)
It sucks, I had to sell my car for only $3,000, (92 LS, 118k miles... JUST did t-belt, wp.. 20" rims, brand new indash Pioneer DVD/GPS system...)cause I REALLY needed the money super quick and the car market BLOWS right now. I still have my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500, but that doubles as my worktruck, so I needed to keep that.
Oh well.. life happens, I am a Christian, and I definitely believe everything happens for a reason, and everything works together for good.
With that said, it was great hangin' around here, and hopefully Ill be back with a better, newer Lexus!

Chin up, Ian.
Its too bad you don't have parents able to help out.
Good for you, stepping up and taking charge.
You'll always have time later in life to enjoy your toys ... nice
to see you have your priorities in the proper perspective.
Good luck to you and your siblings.
