Default Bye bye restriction, hello free breathing

The passenger side manifold leak was just getting way too annoying. I got tired of sounding like an old farm truck at drive through windows. So I figured, if I'm gonna be that deep in there, might as well upgrade. Can't wait to see, hear, and feel the improvement with full exhaust.

Ahoy, look what greeted me at the front door yesterday!

They're so purtty, I wanna keep em as a living room centerpiece.

Here she is, patiently "waiting to exhale" Also replacing motor/trans mounts at the same time. Will keep updated with results.

Replacing with some high-flow metal core cats. Tentative plan for exhaust is 2.25" true dual (pre-purchased mandrel bends) with Magnaflow X-pipe, and Dynomax Race Magnum mufflers. This plan may change depending if my buddy in Japan can get a pair of used 5zigen Border GTs for me. We'll see.

Yup. I've heard the same thing. Ordering a pair of OEM tomorrow.

The folks at S&S suggested using an EGR delete with these headers. Any ideas?

What kind of change in MPGs do you expect to see with the headers and full exhaust? I wouldn't mind getting some headers but I'm not a big fan of loosing MPGs.

It's going to be badass man keep us posted. Car is looking good BTW too.

But from what a heard, with a piggyback such as Apexi, the main ECU will still "learn" values that its getting from O2 sernsors and whatever you alter with piggyback will be null after a few days.
