I sent out my cluster out to Mr.Whizard about 2 weeks ago to get ALL the issues fixed. I got it back Friday and installed it. It's as good as new. No sticky needles, the backlighting is bright along with the needles, and the fuel gauge reads correctly!!! I have to recommend them.

Sent them the unit on April 28th and received it this afternoon. They repaired it for $190.00 and I paid an extra $50.00 for an extended five year warranty. Put it in the car about two hours ago and it is sooo nice to drive without having to use my navigation as a speedo and fuel consumption indicator. The symptoms my car had were blacked out cluster for extended periods of time, fuel gauge never reaching full and a partially lit tach. needle. They only took about 3 days to actually fix the unit, the rest of the time was UPS ground shipping. Needless to say I'm very pleased especially considering my dealership charged me somewhere around $1200 to "repair" this about six or seven years ago.
