Many places -- from the rear to the injectors

In the engine bay, generally,.. It is going to be opposite the side of the VSV (EGR) area,.. where your intake manifold is. You can generally trace back from the fuel related components of the engine if you know generally how an engine works to find the line(s).

Don't have a picture handy atm, sorry.

What are you trying to do? That helps alot when asking for help.

Basically look on the passenger side of your engine.

Here is a tutorial to replace the fuel filter,.. so this is the fuel line in the rear of the vehicle.
